We do open houses and visit homes all over Whatcom County to make sure we know first-hand what is available. Our online capabilities and the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) allow us to quickly and accurately find what and where properties are selling, and for how much.

If you are a seller, know that the we on the Call Hugh Team do everything we can to get your home exposure. We do extensive print advertising, and all of the homes we list are in the MLS. Along with our open houses, we also educate other agents about your property. Our photos show us on the phone for a very good reason - we spend a lot of time quite literally talking on the phone with a lot of people about real estate.

If you are a buyer, we will work with you to find the Whatcom County property that best suits your needs. We use the MLS, as well as our extensive contacts with other local agents to find you the right property, even if it's one we didn't list ourselves.
